Music @ St. Lukes
Come and enjoy beautiful music in a sacred space

Music @ St Luke’s endeavours to bring quality Classical concerts to the local community. It is a privilege to welcome a variety of accomplished Victorian musicians across the year as they share their love of music with us.
The resonant acoustics and intimate setting of St Luke’s heritage building provide a welcoming place for people to be blessed by beautiful classical music with over 100 people currently on the mailing list. The affordable cost, concession and family rates ensures no one misses out.
For many, this will be the only time they enter a church and can contemplate the discreet art and bask in the prayerful atmosphere, making St Luke’s a place appreciated by the wider coastal community over the 6 years the series have been going. It is a unique venture in Torquay, and the Surfcoast at large.
Across the year Olivier Bonnici coordinates a variety of recitals, which have included: strings, clarinet, vocal and piano; as solo, duet, quartet and small orchestral performances. U3A joins the program with a regular an organ recital by Tom Healey, and on occasion we have hosted Music at the Basilica’s Country Ramble, part of their Windfire Music Festival.
Come and enjoy a pleasant Sunay afternoon with us.
Stay tuned for upcoming events:
