Meditation a universal wisdom and practice found at the heart of all the great religions traditions. As a contemplative dimension of Christian faith it leads the practitioner from mind to heart, to the integration of the centres of human being as we look to receive from God.
It is a way of simplicity, silence and stillness and can be practised by anyone who desires to begin.
Many begin looking the physical or psychological benefits, which come with regular practice.
A small group of us have been meeting weekly for several years. We find regular meditation makes a difference and transforms our daily life.

You need nothing apart from the desire to allow yourself to be quiet and still in body, mind and spirit. Simple guidelines will be offered to help you begin.
We use materials from the World Community for Christian Meditation.
